This is a great apartment to live in! There are a lot of perks living here. Valet trash pick up keeps us from having to haul our trash to the dumpster. Pet friendly but poo pick up is required (we should do it anyway) so the lawns are not covered in waste. Huge pool and gym!

The Aventine has some great amenities with the pool and workout room. The apartments and grounds are always clean and well taken care of, and the maintenance is always very quick with any repairs. Cynthia is very helpful and easy to work with
